Welcome to Events and Hospitality Management at Missouri S&T.

Our team is dedicated to guiding your organization through the reservation process to ensure an exceptional experience. We provide versatile venues, advanced audio-visual technology, and outstanding catering services to guarantee a seamless and impressive event. Whether it's the St. Pats Ballroom or our intimate meeting rooms, Missouri S&T offers the perfect setting for any occasion.

EMS Reservation Information

With EMS, you can:

  • Log in to view reservable spaces and check real-time availability
  • Submit setup and equipment requests directly with your reservation
  • Access the system anytime to make new reservations or review your existing ones

Currently, EMS is being used to manage reservations for:

  • Havener Center
  • Innovation Lab Forum and Atrium
  • Welcome Center 
  • Leach Theatre
  • Protoplex
  • Outdoor spaces

If you have an existing reservation with a confirmed booking, you may log in to EMS to view your reservation details.

We encourage you to review our step-by-step guide and FAQs to ensure a smooth booking experience with EMS.  If you experience trouble logging into EMS, troubleshooting tips can be found in the FAQs under the “How do I reserve space through EMS?” section, listed after step 5.

Please note that academic classrooms are now reserved through the Registrar’s Office. To submit a request for an academic classroom, complete the Academic Reservation Form. If you already have a classroom reservation and need to confirm details, please email acadreserve@mst.edu.
