Currently, EMS is being used to manage reservations for:

• Havener Center
• Innovation Lab Forum and Atrium
• Welcome Center 
• Leach Theatre
• Protoplex
• Outdoor spaces

If you have an existing reservation with a confirmed booking, you may log in to EMS to view your reservation details.

We encourage you to review our step-by-step guide and FAQs to ensure a smooth booking experience with EMS.  If you experience trouble logging into EMS, troubleshooting tips can be found in the FAQs under the “How do I reserve space through EMS?” section, listed after step 5.

Please note that academic classrooms are now reserved through the Registrar’s Office. To submit a request for an academic classroom, complete the Academic Reservation Form. If you already have a classroom reservation and need to confirm details, please email acadreserve@mst.edu.
