• Oversees event operations for the Havener Center, Innovation Lab, Leach Theatre, Welcome Center and outdoor spaces
• Develops and implements strategic goals and policies for the department
• Establishes partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with university regulations and industry standards

• Creates non-academic event reservations for faculty, staff, and student organizations
• Event and meeting logistics for the Arrival District
• Social media for Events and Hospitality Management

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the maintenance and custodial teams
• Develops and implements schedules for routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Trains and evaluates custodial and maintenance staff
• Manages inventory and procurement of cleaning and maintenance supplies

• Oversees front of house operations including box office, ushers, season tickets, and financials
• Develops marketing efforts for the Campus Performing Arts Series
• Assists in community and sponsor relations
