Food trucks are welcome to register for opportunities to operate on campus through the Events and Hospitality Management department. Approved vendors may be scheduled for campus events or general service based on availability and campus needs. Campus departments and organizations may also request food trucks for their events, with scheduling coordinated through the Events and Hospitality Management department.

All food trucks must register annually with the Events and Hospitality Management department and meet the required eligibility criteria to be included on the approved vendor list. Only vendors on this approved list are eligible to operate on the Missouri S&T campus or participate in campus events.
