• Oversees event operations for the Havener Center, Innovation Lab, Leach Theatre and outdoor spaces
• Develops and implements strategic goals and policies for the department
• Establishes partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with university regulations and industry standards

• Supervises daily operations of Havener Center and Events and Hospitality Management.
• Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for efficient and effective operations.
• Manages student staff members, coordinates with maintenance and custodial team to address repairs and cleaning needs promptly.
• Assists in planning, execution, and collaboration of large on campus and external events.

• Creates non-academic event reservations for faculty, staff, and student organizations
• Event and meeting logistics for the Arrival District
• Social media for Events and Hospitality Management

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the maintenance and custodial teams
• Develops and implements schedules for routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Trains and evaluates custodial and maintenance staff
• Manages inventory and procurement of cleaning and maintenance supplies

Accounts payable/receivable, purchasing and payroll for Events and Hospitality Management and Leach Theatre.

• Oversees front of house operations including box office, ushers, season tickets, and financials
• Assists in community and sponsor relations
• Develops marketing efforts for the Campus Performing Arts Series
